Investment terms:
- Each project is an Limited Liability Company registered in both New York
state
and Connecticut.
- KOS owns 75% of the corporation, and private investors own 25%
of the corporation.
- Each investor has a minimum investment of one million dollars.
- Average project life span: 12-18 months.
- Once the project is sold the Limited Liability Company is dissolved.
